Kefi was born under its meaning of bringing the spirit of joy and passion for life, intertwined with the Greek roots of my grandfather with whom I grew up and I had the delight of sharing thousands of cups of coffee every afternoon, reliving infinite memories of his childhood.

All our coffee is acquired from small farms located in Ethiopia, Bali, Honduras and Colombia. These farms are family ran businesses that have been in the coffee growing industry for many generations.
Their knowledge on the production of coffee greatly exceeds mass producing machine dependent corporations that only care about quick production. Our intention with this specifically picked
sourcing is not only quality, but also providing sustainable income to farmers from the above-mentioned countries.
Once our coffee is freshly flown to our roasting headquarters, we use high end machinery to separate healthy coffee beans from damaged & blown ones. We then begin our drying process at 160 degrees Celsius on our professional grade drum roasters, we continue with the next step, which is the browning process, this allows the coffee beans to reduce in sugars and amino acids and produces the wonderful aromas within the batch.
The end of this process is marked by the start of the coffee pops which finally reaches the roasting stage. The roasting stage is then slowed down to preserve flavors and ensure the correct level of roast is applied; this is also the step where our natural high-quality oils are used to create our flavored variants.
