Given the current pandemic situation around the globe and the fact that coffee is a perishable item, we cannot acceptreturns unless there is an issue regarding damaged goods with our delivery service. Any products sent back to us are only discarded, so we strongly discourage any customers wanting to do so.
Damaged goods are a very rare occasion, and as a customer, you can expect never to experience it since we hire with the best shipping couriers so our clients can ensure their coffee arrives with no setbacks and in the most optimal time. If for any reason you receive a damaged package, please keep it and contact us within 24 hours after receiving said package so we can issue a reasonable solution, any longer than that time frame and we can no longer resolve .
Our roasting operations are ran mostly by humans, so it is possible the wrong kind of coffee or grind is sent to you, if this is the case, we will ask for some sort of proof to be sent to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org , ideally a screenshot of the order you placed and a clear front picture of the package you received. This way we can send you the correct package and handle it promptly.
